To achieve a dark colour scheme requested by the client, these Flamers of Tzeentch were painted using blues and purples blended together with the help of some flow improver (a new weapon in my arsenal!) After discussing colour options on my Facebook Page, and consulting the ever important colour chart, I settled on an orange flame. This colour is complementary to the main tones and so adds a nice contrast to the smooth colour changing.
I was really quite impressed with the sculpt of these Flamers of Tzeentch, they certainly feel like they've been designed on a computer and are really nice to paint. They don't have much in the way of flexibility, but are so chaotic I don't think anyone ever notices!
