Tomb Chariot - Fit For a King
This is a very rare model that the older more experienced hobbyist may recognise. It at one time belonged to a Vampire Count, but this was to become a grand chariot for a Warhammer Tomb King. Same same, yet different. In order to bring the look away from being identifiably vampire-like the colour scheme was lightened to white. I had particular fun painting the book with its detailed script work achieved using a very fine brush!
This model was left ready to be based by the client because he had used a special sand mix for the rest of his army. For me, coherency through basing is really important and I'm always happy to prepare bases ready for the finishing touches to be applied by the owner.
